In the market we are in now, pricing strategy has never been more important. With more homes on the market than homes selling, how do you stand out and bring in the Buyers? First is price - if people believe your home is overpriced or it's above their budget on the MLS®, they will likely scroll past and never look at it again. 

The best way to price your home involves me looking at recent sales, trends, and other data to see how pricing and your neighbourhood are affecting sales. In addition to this, I will also complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to see what similar homes are selling for in your area.

Once we've come up with a potential price for your home to sell, lets talk about how to get that number. There are simple fixes and cosmetic fixes to your home that can go a long way when presenting your home on the market. 

Completing repairs and decluttering/cleaning goes a long way with a Buyer - it gives them a view of how well the home has been maintained in the long term and will influence their opinion of the homes worth within minutes of walking in your home. 

In addition to the presentation of your home, my brokerage does extensive marketing to make sure as many people as possible view your home.
